Our new publication ‘Transboundary water governance and climate change adaptation’ explores the role of governance and identifies best practice examples of effective policy guidelines. It ascertains the contribution that international law can make towards addressing the needed flexibility to meet new demands and face new uncertainties regarding climate change adaptation, particularly in a transboundary river basin context.
